Shelby Bradford

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Shelby Bradford is a dedicated distance runner and golden retriever mom! She has transformed from a casual marathon finisher into a high-mileage girly chasing the world’s biggest stages – while simultaneously loving her local races like the Columbus 10k and Nationwide Children’s Marathon.

Deeply embedded in the running industry, Shelby translates her passion into community leadership and impact. She proudly serves as a Team For Kids Mentor for the 2026 New York City Marathon, guiding and inspiring runners as they raise funds for critical youth fitness programs. Additionally, she acts as a US Rep for Sports Tours International, helping fellow athletes unlock their own global racing dreams.

While Shelby trains hard, she strongly believes that the best part of running is the community and the people. For her, running is an inherently social experience centered around shared miles with friends. There is no better example of this than her favorite weekly tradition: Friday donut runs. These miles spent chatting with friends and celebrating the hard work of the week with a sweet treat keep the sport fun, grounded, and deeply rewarding.
